About Us

Who are British Atlantic?
British Atlantic is a Virtual Airline, which is a community of Flight Simulator enthusiasts. We try to replicate the operations of a real world airline as realistically and professionally as possible.
So we created a fictional Airline called British Atlantic, which operates flights from London Heathrow, and operates a fleet based on the Boeing family of aircraft.
Who can join?
Anyone who likes to cruise the virtual skies is free to join. No experience is required, and all you have to do is fill in the registration form in the pilot careers section.
We also accept transfer hours from your old virtual airline!
What about the future?
The Airline suffered a great loss in late 2009 when the server where the website was hosted suffered a complete breakdown. As we had no backup, we are currently restoring the entire website, along side with new features. We have also taken ownership of another virtual airline called, sunshine airways, we are currently updating our schedules for our new fleet. We are constantly developing our website, and looking for new ways to expand our airline and increase the professionalism of our website, so there are plenty of things to look forward to in the near future.
My career with British Atlantic:
As a pilot at British Atlantic, you will experience professionalism and realism. Below we have the rank-structure for member pilots. We have designed it so you can collect awards for your flying even if you have over 1000 hours. This makes flying more exciting and rewarding. Please be aware that this is only a selection of rewards displayed below, we have more which are awarded as you progress.
